Privacy Notice

Plain English, short, and honest: what we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it. Last updated 14 July 2026.

What we collect — and why

  • Waitlist signups: your email (and first name if you give it) plus the product you asked about. Lawful basis: your consent — you tick the box, and every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
  • Purchases: handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We receive your name, email and what you bought so we can deliver it and provide support. Lawful basis: performance of a contract. We never see or store your card details.
  • Community: if you join the Discord, your participation there is governed by Discord's own privacy policy plus our server rules.
  • Support emails: kept for as long as needed to help you, then routinely deleted.

What we do NOT do

  • No selling or renting your data. Ever. To anyone.
  • No tracking cookies and no third-party analytics scripts on this site.
  • No marketing emails without consent — the waitlist is opt-in and single-purpose.
  • No storage of broker credentials: BTR Bot customers hold their own keys on their own hardware; credentials never reach our servers.

Retention, processors and your rights

Retention. Waitlist entries are kept until the product ships and the announcement is sent, or until you unsubscribe — whichever comes first. Purchase records are kept as long as UK tax law requires (six years).

Processors we rely on. Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting, protected file delivery and fulfilment records), Resend (transactional delivery emails), and Discord (community). Each processes data under its own compliance programme; we send them the minimum needed.

Your rights (UK GDPR). You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent at any time — email [email protected] and we will action it within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

Data controller: BTRTrades (United Kingdom). Contact: [email protected].
