Refund Policy

Plain English and no hoops: if something is wrong, email us and we will sort it. Contact us before your bank — we are faster than a chargeback. Last updated 14 July 2026.

Digital products — guides, the Trading Bible, courses

  • 14-day guarantee. If a digital product is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you. We may ask what fell short — only so we can fix it.
  • Faulty or inaccessible files: replaced or refunded immediately, no time limit for genuine delivery problems.
  • Fair use. Refunds are for genuine dissatisfaction, not free copies — repeat purchase-and-refund patterns are declined.

Subscriptions — BTR Bot & Mentorship

  • Cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. No partial-month refunds.
  • BTR Bot: on cancellation the software stops opening new trades but never abandons open positions. Your data and journal remain yours.
  • Mentorship: monthly instalments cover the sessions and materials of that month; programme-specific terms are set out in your enrolment agreement.
  • Billing errors: duplicate or incorrect charges are refunded in full as soon as we see them — just email.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you purchased with, including your receipt number (on the Stripe email receipt) and what went wrong. We respond within 2 working days and process approved refunds within 5 working days to your original payment method. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are unaffected by this policy.

Please contact us before opening a bank dispute — we resolve genuine problems faster than the chargeback process, and it keeps prices down for everyone.
